Why we exist

Most law firms are excellent at law. What they're not built for is marketing, lead management, and operational efficiency. Those functions get deprioritised — always replaced by the next urgent client matter.

The result is predictable. Enquiries arrive and go unanswered. Social media sits dormant for months. Google reviews accumulate slowly, if at all. Leads that could become instructions are lost to a competitor who was simply more visible, more responsive, or more trusted online.

LegalOps Pro was built to close that gap. We work with a small number of UK law firms at any one time — currently three — building and running their entire client acquisition and operational infrastructure. Not as a vendor. As a growth partner.

Who's behind it

LegalOps Pro was founded by Shihab Uddin, a business operations and revenue growth professional with over a decade of experience across sales operations, CRM implementation, e-commerce, and PropTech.

Since founding LegalOps Pro, Shihab has worked directly with UK law firms — building social media operations that have reached over 2 million people organically in 8 months, implementing lead management systems, and developing the marketing infrastructure that turns enquiries into paid instructions.

LegalOps Pro currently serves 3 law firms across London. The results across those engagements — a 150% increase in monthly leads tracked, 500+ new Google reviews in 6 months across different firms, and a 47% improvement in enquiry conversion — form the foundation of everything we offer.

We don't take on dozens of clients at once. We work with a small number of firms at any given time, which means every client gets direct access to us — not a junior account manager, not a virtual assistant, not a template.
