I'm Shihab Uddin, a sales and business operations specialist with over a decade of experience building revenue systems, CRM infrastructure, and operational pipelines across six industries — from Alibaba-backed e-commerce to venture-funded PropTech to UK law.

I founded LegalOps Pro after spending seven months as Business Operations Consultant at GigaLegal Solicitors in London, where I built a complete operational infrastructure from the ground up — lead management, reporting, payment tracking, client registration, and an organic content engine that generated 636,000+ views in 76 days. The results were significant enough that I realised every small UK law firm needs exactly what I built — and most don't have anyone to build it for them.

Before GigaLegal: I raised $350,000 in venture funding at a PropTech scale-up, drove 40%+ revenue growth, grew a category from £25K to £320K+ at Daraz (Alibaba Group), co-founded Parkway Furniture which pitched on Shark Tank Bangladesh and received offers from two investors, and spent two years at Grameenphone (Telenor Group) leading CRM implementation for an 86-million customer base.
